By participating in PodPoints Loyalty and Rewards Program you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms. In these Terms, references to “you”, “User” shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website.
In order to participate in PodPoints Loyalty and Rewards Program you are required to register once and login each time for participation
You can always purchase products from us without participating in PodPoints Loyalty and Rewards Program by NOT registering on PeppyPod.com
PeppyPod.com may offer rewards to certain customers as per pre-defined criteria. The rewards, in addition to these terms, may also be subject to certain other specific conditions. If the specific terms differ from these terms, the specific terms alone will apply. Such rewards may be made available to a customer, if the customer satisfies the eligibility criteria for the reward.

Rewards available to a particular user may vary from those offered to others. Please read the terms and conditions applicable to your reward as provided from time to time on PeppyPod.com
To ensure fair usage of rewards, rewards may or may not have a limit on the number of transactions in a day/week/month that can be counted in a particular reward. In addition to these limits, there shall be certain minimum transaction amount checks in place. All such conditions will be mentioned upfront on the reward details screen itself
Each reward can only be used once per user, unless otherwise specified
The reward cannot be redeemed for cash/credit
Two different promotional/coupon codes cannot be combined on purchase of products. In case a user wishes to redeem two promotional codes, the user will have to place two different orders subject to the terms and conditions against each individual reward
If it is a third party reward, terms and conditions of the third party shall apply
PeppyPod.com can modify or remove any or all benefits or features of the PodPoints Loyalty and Rewards Program, at any time, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice
PeppyPod.com reserves the right to allocate different reward values/types to different users
PeppyPod.com reserves the right to block usage of rewards or credits for certain users
Any rewards earned as part of the program are strictly non-transferable and shall be used by the same user on his/her registered email id and mobile number with PeppyPod.com
