Q. How can I place an order?
A. To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click “Proceed to Buy” button to go the Checkout page. Fill in your shipping information – please do remember to provide a clear address with landmarks. Once you’re ready, click the “Place your Order” button to make your payment and finalize your purchase.

Q. Do you offer COD – Cash on Delivery?
A. We offer COD – Cash on Delivery for Orders up to ₹ 900 – with a fee of ₹ 30.

Q. Are there any Shipping charges?
A. Shipping is Free for orders of ₹ 500/- and above. Orders below ₹ 500/- would be charged a flat fee of ₹ 50/- per order.

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship anywhere within India. PeppyPod.com ships within India to All Pin codes!

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. At the moment, we only ship within India.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Our usual delivery timeline for orders is 4-7 working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as your location or changing weather conditions.

Q. How can I cancel an order that I have placed?
A. If your order has not been shipped, you have the option to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the Order. Please reply on our Order confirmation email OR 👉 contact us.
Please note that a cancellation charge of 2% will be applied to cover the payment gateway charges associated with the transaction / refund processing.

Q. What is your Return policy?
A. Returns are applicable in case you received damaged products. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining affordability for all, we regret we are unable to offer returns just because you changed your mind. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
